July 21, 2025: Commissioning of Baden-Württemberg’s Largest Solar Park

We are thrilled to announce the successful commissioning of the 80 MW solar park in Langenenslingen-Wilflingen, the largest solar project in Baden-Württemberg. As the project developer, SolNet has played a pivotal role in bringing this initiative to life since the initial discussions in May 2018. In close collaboration with EnBW, the municipality of Langenenslingen, and the von Stauffenberg family, we have developed an 80-hectare site that generates over 80 million kWh of environmentally friendly electricity annually—sufficient to supply around 30,000 households.

Thanks to our expertise in land acquisition, land securing, and project development, we were able to successfully realize this flagship project without any government funding. The solar park was developed by us and today feeds its electricity directly into the 110 kV high-voltage grid via its own substation in Beuren.

The ceremonial inauguration of the solar park took place on 21 July 2025. We were delighted to celebrate this milestone with all stakeholders and to continue advancing the energy transition in the region
