Your main responsibilities:
- Coordination and monitoring of import and export logistics, including customs processing
- Selection and management of logistics service providers and freight forwarders
- Creation and review of shipping documents and customs papers
- Recording and booking of incoming and outgoing goods
- Processing invoices and credit notes (accounts receivable and payable)
- Support with ongoing financial accounting
Your profile:
- Successfully completed commercial training or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in logistics and/or accounting
- Very good knowledge of common MS Office applications
- Basic knowledge in the areas of customs and export control
- Good English skills in both spoken and written form
